St John XXIII Catholic Primary School Inspiring Faith in our Future

Year 4R class assembly

On Thursday 4th May, Year 4R held their final class assembly of the year. The theme of the assembly was 'The King's Coronation' as our assembly fell just days before this historical event.

Year 4's assembly followed the life of King Charles III - from his early life, to his education, interests and hobbies, leading into his family and of course, the coronation! We found it very interesting learning all about the life of King Charles III, especially the charitable work he has completed over the years. You can find out more about these by clicking on the links below:

We ended our assembly with a Commonwealth song 'Sing,' and reflected on our many successes this year!
