Lent Windows, March 2021
On arriving back to school we had lots of fun creating these class Lenten Windows.
These windows were inspired by the Stations of the Cross. Each class, from Year 1 to Year 6 was given a different Station of the Cross to base their stained glass window on.
We hope you enjoy looking at our class displays.
Daily Christian Art
At St John XXIII we are provided with various opportunities to explore a range of Artists and pieces of Art throughout different periods of time. We have the opportunity to view a different piece of art work each morning, linked to the daily Gospel. In doing so, we can reflect on the meaning of the daily Scripture, whilst also discussing techniques and elements of art used by the artist.
