Year 2 Trip to Holland Park
First, we walked to the White City station and got on the tube to Holland Park. Next, we went to Holland Park Ecology Centre. Along the way, I felt exhausted and frustrated because we have to walk on a muddy woodland. We sat down and listened to Claire in. it. My frustration faded away when I learnt about some new animals in the pond, such as the dragonfly nymph and the leech. We also went into the woods and found some minibeasts, such as woodlouse, millipedes, centipedes and - what a surprise, two earthworms! We ate our lunch in the playground in Holland Park. Then, we got to play! Finally, we went on a train to go back to school.
