Year 2 Trip to Holland Park
Year 2 Trip to Holland Park
On Friday, Year 2 visited Holland Park Ecology Centre to build on their knowledge of Plants this term. We started the morning by naming parts of the plant and then we explored the gardens to find different plants. We observed the colours and used a word mat to find out the names of the plants. After that, we created our own mini plant pots to grow a pea! We made the pots out of newspaper and took them home with us.
