We then moved on to engaging in a narrative story-telling workshop which focused on descriptive language! We finished the day in the park.

We've been creating collage-style self-portraits focusing on pops of colour, inspired by Andy Warhol.

We acted out scenes from our book - Wolves by Emily Gravett. See if you can spot the wolf, rabbit or the librarian!
We looked at very topic-specific vocabulary in our learning about wolves this week in English. We decided that one of the best ways to showcase this topic-specific vocabulary was through artwork!
We gather in community as Catholics to worship in God's love. The children lead on this, choosing scripture that is important to us, and deciding on missions we should carry out as Catholics.
In our faith, there are lots of different things we can do that show us to be missionary servants of Jesus Christ. As a year group, we discussed the various things we can do as Catholics and then ranked them in terms of importance, of our own opinion.
We compared the physical and human features of the UK and the Amazon. We discussed particularly why physical features and the weather would vary so much between both regions.
