Our School and Trust policies cover every aspect of school life. 

The Trust website holds the following policies, which are applicable to our school: Safeguarding and Child Protection, Special Educational Needs and Disability, Appraisal, Capability, Complaints, Data Protection, Disciplinary, Equality, Financial Manual, Freedom of Information Publication Scheme, Grievance Resolution, Health and Safety, Information Security, Pensions Discretions (LGPS, Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans, Privacy Notices, Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblowing), Quality Assurance, Sickness Absence.

As per the Trust's Data Protection Policy, the data protection officer (DPO) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy, monitoring our compliance with data protection law, and developing related policies and guidelines where applicable. The DPO for the Trust is Nick Kehoe and is contactable at dataprotectionofficer@sjscat.co.uk. The DPO for St John XXIII is Mrs Karen Cunningham and is contactable at admin@sjxxiii.sjscat.co.uk
