Year 5 Street Dance
In preparation for a performance at the Windrush Day Event on Thursday 22nd June, Year 5 have been learning a Street Dance. With lessons from Ty, the Street Dance instructor, the children have been using every available minute to perfect their moves and make sure they're ready for Thursday.
You are more than welcome to join the Windrush event on Thursday. It is being hosted on Shepherd's Bush Green by Hammersmith and Fulham council and the event is open to the public. The event runs from 12pm-5pm and includes lots of food, activities and music to celebrate the contribution The Windrush Generation have made to our local community. Local school children will be performing at the event, including our very own Year 5 children. We look forward to seeing you there.
