Year 5 Experience Day
Year 5 enjoyed their Poetry Experience Day! Lots of children came dressed as their favourite character from a poem. We saw some fantastic performances of poems and even wrote our own version of The Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll. We came up with our own portmanteau and nonsense words to include in our poems with fantastical beasts to rival JK Rowling.
In our Spanish lesson with Mr Pastor we learnt a poem and performed.
