Year 2A class assembly
This week was 2A's assembly and because it was the first week of October, we celebrated the month of the Rosary. It was also the day before Our Lady of the Rosary Feast Day.
2A taught us about the Rosary prayer and how it is to help people remember the events in the lives of Jesus and Mary and to thank and praise God for them. The beads are to help us count the prayers so that out mind is free.
We also learnt about the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries of Jesus' life. 2A also sang a beautiful rendition of the Hail Mary hymn.
