St John XXIII Catholic Primary School Inspiring Faith in our Future

Parent Consultations

There are two Parent Consultation Evenings a year, one in the Autumn Term and one in the Spring Term. The Autumn Term meeting gives the parents an opportunity to meet the teacher and find out about the start your child has made to the year and what they need to be working on at home. The Spring Term appointment enables the parents a second opportunity to do this and also to discuss the progress made from the last meeting.

The allotted time for each appointment is 10 minutes and it is important this is adhered to for the sake of the other parents waiting. If, for some reason, 10 minutes is insufficient time, it is requested that you make a further appointment after school with the relevant teacher.

This week, parents were invited into school to meet with their child's teacher. The meetings took place across the school day and were very well-attended across all year groups.

We encourage parents to contact us whenever they wish, whether they need support and advice, would like to discuss their child and their needs, or simply to find out how they are doing in school.

If, for some reason, you were unable to meet with your child's teacher this week, please contact the school office to arrange another time. They will  be only be too happy to see you.
