MIND Parent Workshop

On Thursday, Molly, our Mental Health Support Worker from Mind, led a parent workshop focused on Stress and Resilience.

Everyone who attended learnt a lot how to manage stress and practiced different techniques for managing stress.

Look out for future workshops led by Molly in school. We will be aiming to have these every term.
