Year 6 trip to Portobello Market
Year 6 trip to Portobello Road Market
This Friday children practiced their Spanish language skills that had previously learned in the classroom. This experience helped them gain a better understanding of the Spanish culture as they immersed themselves in a Spanish environment and interacted with native Spanish speakers. In addition, they familiarised themselves with the most common Spanish food.
Pupils visited two Spanish shops on Portobello Road, where they were able to buy food and drinks. Afterwards, both classes enjoyed eating a delicious portion of paella at Portobello Road Market.
