Summer 1
This week in Year 4 we have been learning about importance of Jesus making Peter the head of the church and what that means for all Christians. They enjoyed the task of hot seating as they took it in turns to re-enact this. (John 21:15-17)
Year 4 led lead a collective worship session with their peers in the peace garden. The children reflected on gospel stories as well as lead prayers. They selected the Bible reading that they wanted their session to be focused upon and chose a theme they would like their class to reflect upon which was friendship.
