On Thursday, Year 3 had their Grecian Experience Day. All the children dressed up to celebrate the day and they all looked fantastic.
The day included a lesson on Democracy where we learnt about how democracy was invented by the Ancient Greeks. As part of this lesson we took part in a class debate about whether Homework should be banned – we’ll let you guess what the outcome of that discussion was!
In the afternoon it was time to take part in the first St John Greek Olympics. A variety of sports and games were played and Year 3B emerged victorious!
A great time was had by all.
