It may have been delayed a few months, but it definitely wasn't any less enjoyable...for the KIDS obviously!!!
As part of our whole school Shakespeare week, Year 6 participated in lots of different activities to help them explore the plot, the relationships between different characters and the type language of language used by Shakespeare in one of his most famous play's - Romeo and Juliet. Children used their experiences to influence their writing of a soliloquy from Juliet's point of view which expressed her undying love for Romeo and her blind rage for her 'foolish scoundrel' father.
Children worked together to construct their own motorised carousel. Great work guys!

A big thank you to all the children who participated in our Easter Bonnet competition. You all looked sooooo fashionable modelling your bonnets. Well done!
